Definition

(IMCC) is a smart MCC panel to control some or many electric motors in a central location. Imcc have consisted of multiple feeders that have a common power busbar and with each section containing a combination of starters Intelligent MCC panel is a type of MCC panel with advanced features and enhanced workability by using a communication capable motor management device (SIMOCODE) that monitors the motor's other lead processes by the process control system.

Work of SIMOCODE

Intelligent Motor Control Center (IMCC) working by the heart of a motor called SIMOCODE. It is the Flexible, Modular motor management system. In Other words, easily and directly connected to the automation system via PROFIBUS or PROFINET.

All switches and the circuit breakers, connectors should conform to IEC60947, part I, II and III/ IS 60947 part I, II and III by Samudra panels. Also, Electrical standards followed include Indian and international standards like IS 8623, IEC 60529.

Application of IMCC

In Industries where multiple, remotely controlled loads linked to a central control in SCADA and Automation. Also in industrial plant applications, like HVAC pump, fan loads, mining, and ball mill applications etc.

Specification

Firstly, all indoor panels with the protection of IP54 or better even more all outdoor panels will have the protection of IP65 or better. Secondly, all IMCC Panels are made by laser cutting CRCA sheet 14SWG or better and powder coating with a 8-Tank process.
